Could Disney be in some copyright trouble for that?
Yes, they could find themselves in trouble for things like that. There are actually cases where businesses have successfully sued one another for something as simple as having similar decor and/or color palettes. Every time I look at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, I keep asking myself why San Diego's Hotel del Coronado didn't sue. The exterior elevations and colors of Disney's structure are as near a carbon copy as you could ever hope to find.

Read the .pdf document that daliseurat links to three posts above. You can take all of the photographs you want. But you can't sell any of them without permission. And therein lies the rub!
