waiting...waiting... Nope, I don't see him. Thats it, I'll say it myself....

:) Bill that was very bad humor! For shame! You are ruining this forum!! Myself and all the other CM's I know are deeply deeply offended on Miley Cyrus' behalf and you should be ashamed!

"O Canada- I really liked the inclusion of the loading music. It makes it more into a proper medley and gives the whole track a grander feel. I like the new recording of O Canada- not as much as the original, but at least it got kept."

I feel the same way, except I kind of like it more than the original because the new singer's French is MUCH better! On the old recording, it was sometimes hard to tell what words she was singing since they were being mispronounced.

For anyone still trying to get their hands on the new Official Album, try the resort giftshops. I was at Magic Kingdom last week and in the few stores that had the new album, there was a lonely one or two copies sitting on the shelf (and that was morning). About half of the resort gift shops (I bought mine at the Poly) had several copies. Just a "heads up"...

Well I never went searching for it since I already have one but Emporium didn't have any copies in their cd section.

Approx 6 wks since the last post, this thing must be everywhere now, right?
Yes, they're even selling them in the restrooms! All kidding aside, I've actually seen the OA for sale in some really unusual locations. If you can't find one, it's not that you're looking in the wrong place, it's that you're not looking anywhere at all! :(

Here's Hopin',

I'm in Toronto, Canada and my manager has been visiting Disneyland this week for the first time ever. I asked her to pick one up if she sees it. Gave her all the info I could acquired from this site.

Keep your fingers crossed for me :(

Just got back from Disneyland a few days ago - they had both the DL and WDW Official Albums several places around property.

I know you have a slight fondness for Bruce Broughton's theme park works, and I know that your a film score buff. But I noticed that you rarely mention his film work - even on Intrada's site (the one of the great independent labels preserving the legacy of films scores) where Bruce has enjoyed a number of his scores being released.
Hi Randy,

The reason why I rarely mention his film music, is because my quest involves his theme park music. I listen to his film music aplenty. Just look at the CD's I own by him, I still have 11 more, coming in the mail, soon.

I just noticed today, that many of the tracks from his score to, Last Flight Out, touch a lot on the theme from Seasons Of The Vine.

I just hope that Walt Disney Imagineering allows Walt Disney Records, to let you work on a compilation of his unreleased music, like from, The Timekeeper, and get it out to Mr. Broughton's fans, STAT!

I do whatever I can to support Mr. Broughton and more releases of his music.

Until the next Broughton music release....

WDI is the reason there is no BB Disney music available for The Timekeeper and EEA? So much for Imagineering. Maybe someone here can bribe them.

That's quite an impressive list. I have a few of them myself. I'm amazed at some of the stuff he worked on that I had no idea about. The discussions on this board have really opened my eyes to his masterpieces.

Randy has tried his hardest to please you WDWguy but there's not much he can do. Sometime in the future those tracks will become available so don't worry about it.

If you do want some EEA music I have two songs that I will gladly post if you want.
They are the Pre-show Spill and the Area music.
P.S. That music cue you made was great.
EDIT: Horizons didn't give me permission to do something or another.

I think "Babewatch" is my favorite Broughton score.

For a sec I thought all of those songs were composed by Bruce Broughton. I just can't see him doing Eminem. My favorite movie score was Lost in Space.

Chris,

It strikes me that Randy has explained to you a number of times here on the forum why this is not going to happen. I think it's good to be optimistic BUT...I'm curious why you don't seem to absorb the answers that he gives you. It seems a bit disrespectful to me. I'm sure that's not your intention. But think about it. You ask him...he answers you...and you ask him again and again. The message that it sends is either A. I don't believe you, or B. I'm not listening to you. I'm pretty sure Randy has heard you. Maybe it's time to show everyone that you have heard him.

I know what Randy has told me and it does "absorb" I am just referring to sometime in the future as Randy has said before, in time, it will happen, if others let Disney know, it might happen sooner, I believe as of now Disney probably thinks this is a one fans wish, which they will ignore, but if others join in, it might work. i can dream can't i? and hope and wish and pray! i am never giving up. I know Randy will give us the most Broughton music he can, when he is able to. He surprises us all the time, even Mr. Broughton was surprised at how much music he released for spaceship earth and he was happy about it too.
