I found a review someone wrote about the HMH CD, Its very informative and may answer all your questions BUT It MAY contain some spoilers so I've provided Spoiler space for those who want to keep the stuff a surprise.
I also read that as of Friday, Le Bat en Rouge was sold out of the disc, and even though 20th Century music has a few more they might not last :/ People going this weekend hoping to find a copy might need to wait for a week.

Ready?
Tracks 1-9 are the nine Scarols which play in the queue. Returning to the queue is the Phantom Manor music box, and the addition of Oogie Boogie (who warns you to keep an eye out for him)...though neither is featured on the CD. The Scarols *do* include the Ghost Host dialogue though.
Track 10 is the ride through. With the exception of the background music (which is made up of the tracks from inside the attraction - same as the 2002 audio, for the most part,) this track sounds an awful lot like that bootleg copy of the 2001 mix...complete with the same timing on the spiels and sound effects.
The track is missing the added Oogie Boogie audio from the Stretch Room. It's also missing the 2002/2003 version of the loading spiel (Hands, arms, legs, or feets; English and Spanish) and instead has the 2001 spiel (Down through the chimney...) So it's techincally a combination of all three versions of the attraction. Missing from the 2002 version is the "Making Christmas" Stretch Room music, and the "Matterhorn" unload track.
Since the track includes Oogie Boogie's finale (complete with 2001's Attic underscore,) we get to hear all of it, in addition to Lock, Shock, and Barrel's surprise cameo, and Oogie's version of the "Hurry Back" spiel. Lamentably missing from the attraction and the CD is the original "Hurry Back" spiel. Thank goodness for bootlegs!
The track is absolutely wonderful. It's mixed so that you can really hear the complex orchestrations; most of which you can't hear in the attraction (too many people, bad speakers, you're too far away, etc.) While most people favor the 2001 score, the newer stuff is quite enjoyable when you hear how it's *supposed* to sound.
Cool I cant wait
Personally I prefer the 2002 score 100fold, but thats just me. I know people that hate last year's score...but it so much more complex, darker, and fun then the first years which was a little too simplistic and light for me...but thats whats great, everyone likes their own versions and now we seem to have the ultimate version of the ride now.
