The observatron also played an edited version of DLP's Space Mountain score (Mission 1), as well as the Timekeeper score (also edited). There may have also been one more piece but I was never able to nail that down. I wish that i could find some good live recordings of the observatron and it would be easy enough to just edit the pieces. So far, no luck.

Yeah the Preshow stuff from Captain EO would be cool as well as that elusive entrance Music.

The last piece of music for the observatron is an edited version of music from Disny's Iron Will by Joel McNeely on varese records.

"Iron Will" is great.They also used it for the Epcot fountain of nations.

I have now read several online accounts reporting that the music cut off abruptly during the ride, and then the ride ended in silence. I hope this problem is corrected before the official opening of the attraction!

I'm happy to report that during my recent visits to Disneyland I experienced the new Space Mountain some 10 times and the audio was perfect every time. In another thread I recall that I was somewhat dismissive of the new score, but now that I have heard it "onboard" I think it is brilliant! Now if only the entire thing would be released... on the next OA?
