It's just interesting that they seem to just take the easy way out for WDW loops, yet a lot of the Disneyland Resort ones tend to be crafted with a little more care.

Nope, you're not a moron. When you mentioned that the Musical History track, I figured I had overlooked it myself -- having a few dozen versions of the Jamboree on my computer from various sources. Looks like that collection just reissued the album tracks for both Jamboree and America Sings. :-(

Just double-checked the Musical History of Disneyland tracks, and while the later shows are in stereo, the original Jamboree is still in mono.

I find it interesting that, if an actual Stereo version existed, they didn't use it for the 50th anniversary CD set.

Have a possible source for South of the Border (Down Mexico Way). It's a long shot, but the best I've found for style, non-vocal and the LP was released before either restaurant... so it's possible. If that works, this same group has done about 8 of the 20 you have listed. I've sent you a...

I've been listening for a "South of the Border" recording that's even in the right style AND instrumental. No luck so far.

I remember a few songs from the old Casa loop, and they do seem to match up with what Fuente's listing shows so far. Both restaurants were open at the same time for a while, so would also be a potential spot for loop sharing. Unfortunately, I don't have a recording of the old Casa Mexicana...

The way it's phrased, it sounds like they're keeping half of the song selections, but have entirely new arrangements for all.

Huh, wow.... so it is. If I didn't pull up the album, I'd have guessed it meant that they played an edited version of it as well... trimmed it down to be shorter or what not. But, in this case, if it was edited on the loop, would the playlist have it marked as "Classical Soul [Edit] [Edit]"?
