waiting...waiting... Nope, I don't see him. Thats it, I'll say it myself....
:) Bill that was very bad humor! For shame! You are ruining this forum!! Myself and all the other CM's I know are deeply deeply offended on Miley Cyrus' behalf and you should be ashamed!
Re: The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh - Exterior BGM
So to clarify, this plays, where? Outside the attraction, in the queue, gift shop, or play area? Any or all?
Re: Need inductions !!!!!!!!
Steve, an induction is a recording made with one of those "telephone pickup" devices.
I wonder what would happen to your equipment if you put a pick up on the side of Glynis John's throat on a high C.
Still I think Main st is one of the most underappreciated "lands" as there's a lot of great design behind the crowds and parades, and most guests view it only as an accessway to other lands or as a mall.
Yes they are identical. I didn't mean to imply that the load music was on either version- I'm simply asking what load music was used in the attraction.
I'm going to drop Walt Disney Records an email about how much I like both of the OA's. WDW's especially strikes me as such a great album, really from all perspectives a great album, for both the music enthusiast and the tourist/souvenir collector. I suggest anyone who really enjoys these...
The Wonderland music system is now gone from both parks. The Disneyland kiosks were in the Music store on Main St, and the WDW kiosks were (someone correct me if I'm wrong) in the Main St Exposition Hall and I think in Downtown Disney also.
The CD release was a reissue of the old LP, and was sold at WDW (and DL I believe) through the Wonderland Music system, the kiosks that let you order your own CD. I'm not sure if the HoP has made it to iTunes yet. What was on it was the original 1971 version of the show as it played at WDW.
I was just listening to the CD Reissue of the Hall of Presidents, and was wondering if anyone knew what that first version of HoP used as Load/Unload music? I assume it was some great piece of Buddy Baker score, but was just wondering if anyone knows more.
Thanks Randy! I think the Gran Fiesta track is an excellent addition to the album. I love how crisp and sharp the orchestrations are. I've lived in Southern California my whole life so I've heard my share of Mariachi music, but this score is really impressive. And you feel the chaos of the...
Re: OT Disneyland Imagineering the Magic DVD review
And why is it the casual tourist Souvenir that needs constant updating? Is that kind of consumer likely to buy a new version every year? You'd think 1 every 5 years with maybe minor updates would be sufficient, leaving more money for a more...
Re: OT Disneyland Imagineering the Magic DVD review
Thanks Daliseuraut. You summed up my opinon perfectly. You know people shrug their shoulders and say that Disney is the master Marketeer and is more out for money than quality, but this example shows they really screw up the marketing...
I called Monday morning to cancel my WDW order because I had found it at DL instead. The woman I spoke to said that she still shows 3,000 in the warehouse but nothing in stores. I didn't have to point out how strange it was that Disneyland had them available.
If you're doing Mail Order why not...
