Ugh...this is so frustrating!
He really must feel he's invincible...I just don't get how he's able to do what he does, while a 12 year old with a hard drive full of music files gets busted...
Now, I have a question about this. Once GNP supplies Ebay with the Verified Right's Ownership form...then what happens? What I mean is will Ebay then suspend all of his auctions of that material, or will they do as they've been doing by just suspending one, and "Bill" is free to list another...
Oh, and as for the Wonderland Music System that came after the Forever system, that was not handled by RedDotNet, but by WDR. Randy had involvement in getting lots of restored material on there. The thing about the newer system was that it was, in fact, reissues of old WDR records. The...
Wow, I have to admire his yarn-spinning ability! That's quite a tale he's created to justify his selling bootlegs. Others are correct that very little of his story is true. The only part you could actually pull out of there that's accurate is that at one point in time Disneyland had kiosks...
That's ok, I'll just keep on reporting until he stops...or has to create a new account...which I'll find based on the CD's.
By the way, Jay, what do you write for the brief description they ask for? I put something about it being a fan-made compilation not officially released by Disney no...
Hey, LOL, you guys are quick! No sooner did I check his auctions and saw an offending disc, it "disappeared". Seems they pulled it before I could report it myself. Way to keep vigilant!!
See, that's my worry with eBay...they don't make him shut down all bootlegging, but just close the one auction. They are free to just create a new listing for the same item...depressing.
Thanks, Joe. I checked his site just now, and he has the basics back up, like the CD, DVD, and Book sections. He also updated the CD page with upcoming summer releases. I'm glad he's back even in limited form.
Yeah, my guess would be we won't see a Disneyland album until the 55th in 2010, and probably the same for Walt Disney World. There isn't a need for a new one at the moment...although I'd love one with new stuff. I'm sure the resorts would be happy to continue to sell the current one for a...
LOL, actually, I reported all of them before I came here and made my post. I just thought his description for that one CD was odd. The cover art is obvious, but his "story" was interesting. Maybe I'm being an ass for reporting all his stuff, but I was upset that he's making it seem like...
Ok, I was browsing eBay and came across this listing for an Indiana Jones Attraction CD. Of course I suspected bootleg just from the title, but then I read the description and was confused. I was there at the opening of that attraction and for several days afterward too, but never, ever saw...
But why would they shut his site down if he was only providing information? It wouldn't make any sense to shut him down but let the other Disney fan sites exist. Yoshi was never selling anything or providing music downloads on his site. It was all strictly information...and specific to Tokyo...
LOL, sorry!!
Especially when the statement is so full of holes it looks like swiss cheese! We're a hard lot over here, so you've got to be pretty darn slick to pull one over on us!
Hmmm...so, I "googled" a "Magic Kingdom Light & Music Coordinator" and only this thread showed up....strange, huh?
However, when I looked up something that might actually exist, like "lighting director", tons of things showed up, including a bunch of CV's with tech credits on them. So, when...
Mind you, it's also the beginning of May...have they really finalized the Christmas program already? I have a hard time believing that things are set in stone this early. Also, what, exactly, is a "Magic Kingdom Light & Music Coordinator"? Maybe it's a new position...I've never heard of one...
I put it in parks because my requests were more park specific, but they did write much more for movies...
Why is "An American Tail" in your list? They didn't write for that.
I just got the DVD of "Little Nemo", and I really enjoy it, despite it's storied history and flaws. The music is...
