I recently purchased 'The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm' and 'Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines' both from Intrada and based on the quality of these two soundtracks, can't wait to see what transpires - great news!
Imagine being able to wander into a land or area, attach your mp3 player to a 'kiosk' and download attraction soundtracks, loops and playlists - that would take the Kiosks into the 21st century. Any purchase could then go towards licensing costs and fees, keeping it totally legal. Now that's...
Blue Lagoon was originally on my radar during next weeks visit - I'm a sucker for good seafood. Unfortunately other priorities have put this on the backburner, unless I get ahead of schedule. On the other hand it makes a good excuse to book another trip and dust down the ATR55!
Many thanks for the posting. Interesting that he's given names for the various segments. This would make sense for example as the 'boarding' segment was used leaving the station, rounding the hairpin, dropping and climbing a bunny hop and then being held on the launcher before being projected...
I totally agree about the included remixes - but I may be of an age group that doesn't appreciate that sort of music genre. I haven't seen the film yet (I'm recovering from a recent hernia operation) but plan to in the next few weeks - looking forward to it though!
The Soundtrack was available to purchase in the UK today (16 May 2011) - overall it's very good but I agree with the comment regarding remixes. Hopefully they may release an extended score version.
is going to see 'How The West Was Won' presented in 3 strip Cinerama and 7 track stereophonic sound - part of Exit Music features at Fort Comstock @ DLRP
It' pretty much features Gene Autry, Tex Mex and 'South of The Border' tracks such as Mexicali Rose, Vaya Con Dios, Pecos Bill and South of The Border (Down Mecico Way). The majority appear on Gene Autry albums but I can't seem to match it hence the request.
As most of you know Eyore, Wedroy1923 and myself have been working on a number of DLRP loops, but we're stuck with one track at the Fuento Del Oro restaurant ... can anybody help ID?

Many thanks
To confirm, Gigi is as identified (Mantovani). I'm not sure why Soundhound identified the track as Gigi by Paul Weston as it's nothing like the loop track ... maybe coincidence?
