Full show runs 33:25 (this run time includes tracks 03 - 08 listed below). I made a recording last week and the 10 minute announcement was not played. I don't know if this was a fluke, or whether the 10 minute announcement has been eliminated.
The general order of the show is as follows (all times approximate). I haven't determined the source CDs for the post-show music loop (in particular, tracks 06 and 07). On some of my other recordings of Wishes, the show stops after Track 05.

As most already know, two versions of Wishes have been released on CD. The original CD version has dialog that is different than what is used in the show version. Note there is no label on the CD indicating which version is included.
10 Minute Announcement (1:18)
Jiminy Cricket "Good evening folks, remember me? Cricket's the name, Jiminy Cricket. And you know there's nothing more special than spending time with family and friends, especially in such a magical place. Speaking of magical, tonight, under the twinkling stars, a magical gathering is about to begin. You and I will wish upon a star. And sure as my name is Cricket, you'll see that wishes can come true, if you believe in them that is. So gather up your friends and family, it's almost time for the magic to begin."
Male Announcer "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, in just 10 minutes the Magic Kingdom will proudly present Wishes: A Magical Gathering of Disney Dreams, featuring Jiminy Cricket and friends. The magic begins in just 10 minutes. Thank you."

5 Minute Announcement (1:41)
Male Announcer "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, in just 5 minutes we will present our night time fireworks spectacular Wishes: A Magical Gathering of Disney Dreams. In order for you to fully experience tonight's presentation, the lighting around the Magic Kingdom will be reduced. For your own safety, and for that of others, we ask that you remain in the same location until the lighting returns to normal."
Female Announcer - Spanish announcement.
Male Announcer "And now, your host, Jiminy Cricket!"
Jiminy Cricket "Why good evening folks, just look at this gathering of friends (laughter). Talk about magical. You're all here looking for some magic, aren't you? So where's all the magic you ask? Well, in just a wink, we'll find it together with a help of a few of our friends. Isn't that right Blue Fairy, ah, my lady?"
The Blue Fairy "Yes [sir] Jiminy. This night is made for magic. We'll journey to the stars where dreams are born and together we'll discover the magic that makes wishes come true."
Jiminy Cricket "[Ah hoo] Gather round folks. This I've got to see."
