Walt's Time (Camphortree Publishers) - where to buy?

This is my first post. I've been reading this board for about a year, but just registered. I only recently found out about the "Walt's Time" book by the Sherman Brothers (I actually learned of this book when Richard Sherman briefly showed the book in one of the extras on the new Mary Poppins DVD). I located the publisher's website, http://www.camphortree.com/ , however, the link on the site to purchase the book has been dead for the last two months. Does anyone know if camphortree has closed down? Or where can this book (as well as Ellenshaw Under Glass) can be ordered? Any recommendations for either book? Thanks!
