Unreleased Disneyland soundtracks

Lately, a lot of disneyland ride soundtracks have been appearing on p2p file sharing sites or Ebay. I recently got the full ride soundtracks for Indiana Jones Adventure, Star Tours, Captain EO and others. I was just wondering if anyone knows how these soundtracks got on the net? Because, to my knowledge, they were never officially released by Disney. And they don't appear on the official Disneyland Forever track list. The tracks I have are clear and in stereo surround so I know they did not originate as tape recordings. So I'am just curious as to where they originated from? Anybody have any answers?

Indiana Jones has been released on the Disneyland/WDW Vacation CD and the 2001 Disneyland Park Official Album. Star Tours was also released on that Official Album as well. Captain EO, to my knowledge, has never been released. My best guess would be that a CM who worked it bootlegged a copy of the soundtrack.

Some tracks come from promotional Cd's, freebies for special events, press kits and the like. DLP's Space Mountain has an entire CD of tracks for the press ,but was never for sale.

I once downloaded a bunch of the tracks from a newsgroup I think. Here is what I have. Sorry if this breaks any posting rules but since its not an official release I should be ok. I never found track 10

Wow the filename structure you listed seems vaguely familiar.....
Its surprising to see Napster files shared long ago.. are still out there with the orginal file names....

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there,

just a short post regarding the Space Mountain Press CD mentioned above. This CD has come up now and then on e-bay BUT the Disneyland Resort Paris never ever released a promo or press CD for the official opening of their Space Mountain. There was a release for the press only but that was a music casette!! So while the material might be from that casette (I don't have it - sorry) don't pay ridiculous amounts for a press CD that is just fake which will for sure show up on e-bay sooner than later again.
