TV theme feat. "Part of Your World"?

More than a decade ago, there was a certain title sequence played before Disney movies on TV here in Europe, underscored by an orchestral medley of "When You Wish Upon A Star" and "Part of Your World"...

Does anyone have an idea with what show it originated, and -- more importantly -- if it's possible to find that theme in good quality?

Hey, thanks! I must have missed that! It's actually intro #10 on that page.

Now, would anyone know if it's possible to find the music in good quality..? I know it's kind of a long shot, but then again, with all the stuff floating around.....
