Yeah, I hear the Witch Hazel story on a PBS documentary about Chuck Jones. He admitted he took the idea from Disney because he thought she was a great character. The only problem was he couldn't make her look the same, so the WB character got a face-lift (although, I think it was a face-down!). They got June Foray to do the voice, and gave her the same name.
