Tokyo DisneySea Music Album (14 tracks)

The review from this original album may be in the archives, but I wondered if someone would be kind enough to offer their opinion on this album? Is it mostly instrumental, is it just music tracks vs. actual attraction tracks, worth picking up?, does it compare to any other Disney park albums out there?
