If you want this choice position,
Have a cheery long-term vision.
Invest in rides,
Resorts,
Cartoons,
Not sports.
Fund family films,
Avoid the seedy.
Be very shrewd,
But not too greedy.
Seldom make sequels,
Dream new works.
Take risks,
Not perqs.
Never be cross or cruel,
Or micromanage.
Obey the golden rule.
Think legacy and not re-brand-ing,
Don't listen to stra-te-gic plan-ning.
If you won't close down animation,
In adding to your compensation...
We won't write exhaustive lists of all your faults,
Withhold half your votes,
Or compare your work to Walt's.
