I have gone through some of the old post's here on the forum and well, I'm still confused. I have 4 loops that are for The Land. I know that people change titles and there was confusion about Land Exterior loop and interier loop in the past. Anyway, If anybody can help me figure out what it what.

1)THE LAND - EXTERIOR LOOP
(track is 26min 16sec, 36MB)

2)THE LAND - INTERIOR MUSIC LOOP
(track is 59min 35sec, 54.5MB)

3)THE LAND - INTERIOR LOOP
(track is 59min 56sec, 82.3MB)

4)WALT DISNEY WORLD - EPCOT - FUTUREWORLD WEST AREA MUSIC
(track is 15min 47sec, 36.1MB)

Track 4, I believe is The Land. It sure sounds like it.

Thanks for the assistance.

1) is legitimate, and probably my own reconstruction from the recording sessions based on the filesize.

3) is legitimate, based on the filesize, it is an induction recording made from one of the umbrella speakers.

If 2 is not the same music as 3, then it is a forgery.
What 4 is is anybody's guess without hearing it, although based on the title, it's probably a compilation of material from the WDW Forever system, which presented bits of audio from the pavilion's first years that are no longer being played. The music at The Land will probably change significantly as of the interior redesign and opening of the "Soarin'" attraction.

Thanks for the quick response SDS910.

Track 4 FUTUREWORLD WEST AREA MUSIC starts out with Clemintine and then Home on the Range. Entire track is instrumental.

Track 2 you say is a forgery. Does that mean none of the music is from The Land? Its just a long mix of music not related to The Land in anyway.

As for Soarin, I would assume that they are going to use the same soundtrack as DCA. But, BGM loops will now be updated.

In that case, I'd say that#4 is a partial version of #1. If #2 is what I would suspect: the same songs used on #3, but different recordings, then it's someone's attempt to use commercially available recordings to substitute for the versions recorded exclusively for Disney heard in #2.

Clear as mud?

It's also worth pointing out that the entire downstairs area of "The Land" pavilion is being remodeled (say goodbye to the umbrellas and the fountain!) and it's most likely that there will be a wholesale change in the BGM (the speakers will be relocated into the soffits below the upstairs railings).

Thanks for the info. Actually, that does clear things up for me. No need for me to keep a loop that isn't real.

And thanks for getting a copy of such a great loop. I'm sure that I have more of your work and I am very thankful for them.

Did anyone check to see if 2 was just a lower sample rate of 4 or did someone verify the track listing is different? (I couldn't tell from Bowman's response what 2 contained.) Thanks.
