what is that's entertainment from and where can i find these songs at on amazon or where? one more thing does anyone know if the music played during the western - bank robbing, gangster - hol up, treasure room - curse of the jewel, tarzan room, and mummy's tomb, has any music from movies or if it is original done just for the ride? also what is then ame of the song played during the footlight parade scene in the beginning of the ride?

Hi again.That's Entertainment is from an MGM musical,"The Bandwagon",but it was also used in 3 films called "That's Entertainment" which included highlights from many MGM films.Amazon may have a soundtrack CD.The ride only uses a small instrumental excerpt while the cars move into the final theater.
The curse of the jewel uses music from "Raiders of the Lost Ark".I'm not sure about the western/bank robbery scene.The "Casablanca" scene uses "As time Goes By".
I don't remember music in the Tarzan scene.I believe the footlight parade uses "By the Waterfall" from a Busby Berkley film.
I just read an interesting story at jimhillmedia.com about the movie ride.They originally wanted to use more of the "Wizard of Oz",but were restricted to using only a few minutes.After the munchkinland scene,you were supposed to move into the Wizard's throne room.
The giant head of the Wizard would appear to introduce the finale with the film montage,but they had to cut that out.
Would appreciate any corrections.

are you sure the curse of the jewel scene uses music from raiders of the lsot ark it sure doesn't sound like it to me. i was referring to the part where either the gangster or bank robber walks up the stairs after stopping the car and attempts to steal the jewel and our not yet unmasked driver says, "halt unbeliever disturb the treasure of the gods and you shall all pay with your lvies." as well as them usic played after our temp driver - bank robber/gangster, turns into a skeleton its like a drum roll for a horror movie then we movie into the mummy's tomb.
