Two annoying rides but I have to feed the curiosity. Does anything else play in the queue for stitch besides that galactic anthem? What about buzz? Is there any music in that ride, all I remember is a lot of noise...loud noises!

On Stitch, I don't recall anything else playing in the queue, other than the two pre-show presentations. Buzz has two different music loops playing in the main queue (in addition to the spiel done by Buzz as you enter the boarding area).

Do you know how long are each loop is? Would any of the music from disneyland be played in wdw as well?

I don't, but both are pretty short.

I don't collect Disneyland audio, so I couldn't tell you for sure. But my recollection from speaking to someone on this topic a year ago was that the music was very different.
