Special Ed. Mulan cd

I am looking for Mulan, the CD that was released as a Disney Store exclusive. Does anyone here have it? If so, can you please describe it to me? Does it have a picture disc? Is the cover different than the regular release? Any information is appreciated as I am trying to add this one to my collection and I am having a hard time finding it, especially since I have no idea what it looks like.

My Mulan CD is different than the one in the Album secton of this site in two ways.
The number is 60631-7.
The picture disc is blue, with "Mulan" vertical on the right side as you look at it.
Mulan is dressed in blue-ish green, and roughly centered on the disc.
Her horse is off to the right.
My wife is a TDS CM, and gets all her CD's there, so this is most likely the TDS CD.
