Question about "Dueling Quackers"

Is it supposed to be mixed like that? It's listed as Donald and Goofy, and I can hear goofy very faintly in the distance, but it honestly sounds like the track's volume was never brought up heh. If it's really just a donald solo with goofy in the background faintly as a joke, then that's weird but okay.

Are you listening in mono? If you listen on headphones its easier to tell that they are split between the left and right, with Goofy on the left and Donald on the right.

Funny thing I noticed late last night that the left connection to my stereo had been popped out That explains what was going on with this track as well as some missing instruments on the TMBG baroque hoedown.
