I worked with Javier many times. He will be missed.
I can assure you our department has come together VERY fast and we rally around his family.
Our thoughts are with his loved ones.

I did not personally know him, but I have friends who did. My heart goes out to his friends and family.

This really makes all the warnings I heard about float safety really hit home.
