Not if Pixars following Roy. Roy expected that this would happen. Supposedly this is a placating tactic, for the board to show that they care about the investors opinions. Roy has stated that his efforts won't stop until Eisner is gone for good. And George Mitchell who has replaced Eisner as Head of the Board was 2nd on Roys list to be removed. This is a start but there's more work to be done.
