O/T Winnie the Pooh lawsuit news

I'm assuming many of you saw this already, but the judge in the Pooh lawsuit threw the case out in a VERY definitive fashion. According to many analysts, he worded his decisions in a way that means it's almost impossible for the Slessinger family to appeal the decision.

Which means, I guess, that Disney is free to whore out that silly old bear as much as they want now, right?

If they do, then maybe, just MAYBE, they'll let the Princesses Thing finally go. Cinderella, Ariel, Aurora, etc., have been whores long enough...time to get them into a halfway house.
