Basically, its a RPG and it will take over 50 hours to beat the game.

As the story begins, you control a character named Sora. Donald Duck and Goofy will also be alongside you in hopes to rescue your friends, Kairi and Riku. Besides the Goof and the Duck, there will be acclaimed appearances from many other well known Disney characters. There?s also a newly created band of villains called the Heartless. These enemies can steal the souls of others and then transform into their shape. However, Goofy and Donald can also mimic the shapes of others to help them proceed throughout the levels.

Speaking of levels, they are all Disney based. So you will recognize the settings as soon as you start them with themes including: Aladdin, Pinocchio, and Tarzan.

Speaking of Game soundtracks, is there any list/compilation of Disney PC
games that are known to have worthwhile audio tracks on the CD? I remember
the free Atlantis game demo CD had some music tracks on it. Or maybe this
isn't too common on Disney games.

Alex,

One good one is "Walt Disney World Quest: Magical Racing Tour". It's a car racing game through the different rides and attractions at WDW, and there are authentic park tracks for each one. The game is fun and if you've ever played "Mario Kart" you know what to expect.

Also, two more titles I can think of are "The D-Show", and "Walt Disney World Explorer".

Ben,
Thanks for reminding me about "The D-Show", it's been about two years since I last played it with the kids. When Sam's Club was clearing it out for about $5 each I remember buying a stack and giving away a bunch. I must have at least a couple of sealed copies in my "archive" ;)

Just dug an open copy out of the kids CD tower now and played that wonderful introduction video. I was hoping to see some video or audio extractable files on the CD but there is nothing I recognize. Oh well. WDW Explorer is nicer because it's got all the audio as exposed WAV files.

I know they've got the Magical Racing Tour. I guess I just didn't pay attention as they played it. Can't see it in the tower so I'll probably ask them where it is tomorrow.
Thanks again
