I've updated the last couple of entries and that brings us to 99 sets 'registered' here on the Disney Music Discussion Forum.....1 more to 100! :)

Keep those eyes and ears open on other discussion boards and let me know if others are reporting their numbers.

Finally! FINALLY got my own set today!

It's thrilling and .... I'm thrilled! Only listened to part of disc ONE so far; the quality of the sound is overwhelming!

#1559 here................... almost 1955, hey?

What a terrific way to celebrate Disneyland's 50th!

We've hit a snag with the list. Does anyone have any new sets to report or some other message boards reporting their numbers?

Hopefully we'll get a few more numbers added.

I ordered mine on Monday. Supposedly it's a Limited Edition. Will let you know as soon as I receive it ;-)

Just received my LE yesterday in the mail from World of Disney in NYC. Number is 2858. It only took about 10 days to receive. And that was up to Toronto, Canada.

If you have the Gold Vinyl LP then you have the numbered set. If you have the Black Vinyl LP then you have the un-numbered set.

Enjoy,
Ken

I see, I'd forgotten about that distinction between the two sets (I waited more than seven weeks for mine from Disney Direct as it turned out). I've settled for the black one.

Hmmmm....now that the black vinyl is released, how is it different in looks from the original LP from 1956 (other than the thicker cover jacket)?

Ken

That I wouldn't know, not having any version of the original LP. Opening up though, it looks like a vintage LP that probably resembles precisely the original version.

The book is very well put together, and even though I have collected so many music files over the years it's been a major thrill to finally have the Golden Horseshoe Revue, the original DL presentation of "Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln" and "Flight To The Moon."

Alright, I got set #2663 back in May. It was a pain to find at WDW, the person working in Art Of Disney store said it would be here tomorrow, but we couldn't just get back in the park the next day. I think it ended up being found at Downtown Disney somewhere.

This set is still going strong with sets selling on eBay in the $170 recently. So, looks like we have not only a beautifully put together piece of work, but it's actually maintaining (and currently exceeding) it's price of cost.

By the way, I added the last couple of posters. If anyone knows of any other message boards reporting their numbers, drop me a quick PM or post here.

Yeah, it does seem to be holding strong even after the initial rush. I'll be very curious to see how this does nationally as well.

Randy, is WDR planning on a marketing campaign for this set for the national release?

My set came yesterday #4217

I felt the overal quality and feel of the set is even nicer than I thought it would be.

Tracks that have made me smile, America the beautiful, Fantasy dark ride suite and the small world ride-thru. I have lots of versions of this and I think this one is my favourite......even has the tick tock ;D
