Mousercise question...

I'd prefer to have the Mousercise music from the old TV series, and then I can appreciate the other Mousercise albums (not terribly likely with the NEW one), but I want to know: Where can I get this??

Other than the hideous 2005 release, I'm aware fo only one other Mousercise album that was released in the early 1980's. The first track is the same song, albeit a different recording, that was used for the opening of the early 80's Disney Channel show of the same name. The exercise medley portions of the song were dropped for the show's theme. The remainder of the tracks on the album were, if I'm not mistaken, the same versions used during the show's sequences.

And on the tv show intro it sounds like it's the jack wagner mickey voice ;) whereas with the album release it sounds like they got jim to do it

Yeah, that 2005 release was nothing short of HIDEOUS.

If it never made it to iTunes, I'd be really happy.

I didn't get the 2005 version but had the original release. What was wrong with the 2005? Was it a rerelease of the new album? Was it a transfer/quality problem?

Honestly, I thought they f**ked it up.

They made it all techno and "hip", and I truly hate when they do that.

BTW, I thought that there was a significant difference in the album version vs. the TV version, but if the album version was the same as the TV version, I'll just wait until it comes onto iTunes (probably NEVER).

If memory serves, the TV shows title song was a unique recording, but during the show they used many of the songs straight from the album just as background.
