I have to say that I didn't see Hilary Duff as a portent of things to come from Disney, but in surfing around this evening, I found some more "evidence" that Disney is starting to have a presence there where it was formerly absent.
The Parent Trap soundtrack (Hollywood) by Alan Silvestri is listed as well as 10 CDs by the Firehouse Five Plus Two (nonDisney label).
There was also a listing for Annette's audio book A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes which, I believe was published by Hyperion.
