Main Street Loop

Has anyone located the source of the broadway medleys from the Main Street Loop? There are numerous postings in the archives on the subject, but they stop short of anyone naming a source. While it might be proprietary music recorded by Disney, one poster speculated (and I suspect he's right) that they were from formerly commercially available sources (good possibility given Jack Wagner's involvement). Randy added his input about commercial vs. noncommercial tracks, but no one specifically addressed the broadway medleys.

Any thoughts?

Hi Bill,

I'm not sure Jack Wagner was involved in the current Main Street Music Loop. He certainly was involved in a few of the variants over the years, but by 1992 the job was probably being done by WDI. I doubt very much it was recorded for Disney, but as to whether it was every commercially available to the public, I do not know.
