All you'll be able to find as far as a commercial release is the opening bars of music (to both the loop and the song itself,) heard on the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack album and perhaps a few other compilations. You'll hear the music playing during the Mad Tea Party as well, but with the vocals.
Nothing else has been released at present.
