Lizzie McGuire theme question

Okay, this has been nagging at the back of my mind, and it's starting to drive me nuts. Does anyone know who sings the theme song from "Lizzie McGuire"? I can't find it anywhere online.

If no one knows the answer... does Walt Disney Records have an e-mail address for that kind of question?

I was reading the tv tome guide one day when I saw this:

Who sings the theme song?

This has to be the best-kept secret since D-Day! We've NEVER been able to find this out! Some people have suggested that the singer sound like Hallie Todd, who plays Jo McGuire on the show. Interesting. (Personally, we don't think so, though.) The Lizzie McGuire soundtrack CD has "E. Lurie" credited, but we think that means that Elliot Lurie, the show's music supervisor, wrote the song.

Yup, I've seen that one. Came across it which I was scouring the internet for the answer via Google. I really don't think it's Hallie Todd, as cool as that would be (Lizzie's mom is one of my fave characters on the show). The voice sounds a bit too "child"ish to be her.
