Okay, so my new Best Buy finally stocked the 'new' Disney soundtrack titles (Bedknobs and Broomsticks, The Happiest Millionaire, Pete's Dragon, Fantasia) and I picked them up this evening, and I noticed something weird - strange - odd - etc.
Bedknobs and Broomsticks c. 2002 Walt Disney Records
Pete's Dragon c. 2002 Walt Disney Records
The Happiest Millionaire c. 2002 Buena Vista Records
Fantasia c. 1990 Buena Vista Records
The weirdness??? Why aren't they all copyrighted either Walt Disney Records OR Buena Vista Records?
As I recall Bedknobs and Broomsticks was released originally on Buena Vista Records;
Pete's Dragon on Captiol Records,
The Happiest Millionaire on Buena Vista Records;
Fantasia on Buena Vista Records
So why are BnB, and PD copyrighted on WDR and HM and Fantasia on BVR? Anyone know the answer?
Just curious!
