I did a search for:

and found this information:

So we know it's relatively new and where it's from. But one of the 76 sites list lyrics or soundbites, that I could tell...just listiung of the music books that have the song.

"It Starts with a Sketch" is I believe the opening and theme song to Animazement the musical.

remember:

"It starts with a sketch
comes to life on the page
and they capture your heart when they step on the stage"

or something like that.
Animazement, i 'm pretty sure.

Yes, it's the Animazement opener. It was never commercially released (as far as I know.)
