I got my Disneyland Paris CD!!

this morning, i got a knock at my door and to my surprise it was FEDEX!
i finally recieved my Disneyland Paris 2 Disc Set!!! I was so happy i just screamed, the packaging is just beautiful and very shiny and silvery. It has a metallic look to it!. It comes just like the 50th and happiest celebration albums were designed except, you can pull out the album book!. It was just nice to hear a lot of stuff that i never knew existed or even heard of. I know a lot of people are sad about this album because there are not that many attractions on it but, its really good!. Im a show/parade fan so for me, this is a dream come true, i especially like the tarzan and mulan tracks. And of course the radio version of Just Like We Dreamed it is on it!. In all i would recomend it to anyone that collects the park official albums, its truly a great treat to the ears!.
Now i just hope that they release the Disney's Once Upon a Dream soundtrack soon!. If not then, im afraid that this is the closest we will get to the 15th anniversary music that's available. Has anyone else bought it?

Wow! Welcome to the club of people who got their cds WEEKS ago! haha, I'm a kidder.

Haha, I hope you like it. The instrumental track based on the Hunchback scores is just astounding. Not quite sure what it is exactly from, but I love it. Also, "All Around The World" from ImagiNations is a different version than I had heard previously and is pretty nifty too.

See ya in a few days!

The instrumental track based on the Hunchback score = Le Carnaval des Feux = score created and recorded specifically for the (during the summer months) nightly fireworks at Disneyland Paris in 1997. 1997 was the resort's fifth anniversary ("The Year to be Here") and the whole celebration and with it the Disneyland Park featured a Hunchback theme. There was a special Hunchback parade, a fool's / jester's overlay for the castle and said fireworks with an instrumental soundtrack based on Menken's score for the animated feature. Hope this helps.

Not as far as I know since CD releases from Disneyland Resort Paris aren't tied up with a record-label (at least not the "EDDA0XX-X" releases). CDs from Tokyo Disney Resort are released under the Avex Records (pre-2000 by Pony Canyon) label and can therefore widely be distributed, same counts for some CD's from Disneyland and Walt Disney World which are usually released under the Buena Vista Records or Walt Disney Records label. However, I don't seem to recall ever seeing a TDL CD in a shop at DLRP, only at the Virgin Megastore in Paris.
