Help ID'ing Music

While searching the internet for Disney related music I found this song that says it is from the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway. I am almost positive I have heard it before somewhere other than at WDW. Can you help me identify this song?

The song is referred to as "Go Go Goodyear" who also sponsored the DL Peoplemover. It played at the Peoplemover station right up until the end. I wasn't aware that it had played at WDW's Indy Speedway, but Goodyear Tires did sponsor them too.

I don't know if it ever played outside of the parks but perhaps Goodyear used it for other advertising also?
