Epcot: World Showcase Review (by World City Orchestra)

Does anyone know anything about this album? I stumbled across it on Apple Music (it's also on Spotify and Amazon) and it’s just random bits and pieces of pavilion music, not even super quality. Pretty much the stuff that most of us collectors have from years ago, edited into medleys. It doesn’t seem to be official Disney-sanctioned. I mean, just look at the awful cover art. There are also some tracks that I don't think even actually play in the park. How does something like this end up on the major streaming and download services?
