VERY nice! Kellie's voice seems to just get more beautiful with every project... I loved her vocals for "We Go On" but her voice seems to have really blossomed since then. Way to go for hiring her, Disney!! :)

Any word on why they ditched the Mrs. Claus sounding narrator to the beginning of Believe holiday yet? The moment it started on the 16th everyone in the park went "huh?" at the exact same moment. :p

I really don't like the Blue Fairy lady heh. Her voice went well for Luminaria and wishes can keep her but I was never a fan of her in the other stuff she's done heh. Such as Imagine...Fantasy in the Sky where she lasted a few weeks and got replaced. I kinda hope that happens again :)

^are you sure Kellie Coffey and the lady who does the voice of the Blue Fairy are the same women? I think they're different, at least they sound different to me...

Kellie Coffey sings the Luminaria song.

The blue fairy lady did the narration for Luminaria and is now doing Believe's narration.

I think I agree with you about the original grandmother voice. Her name is Bibi Osterwald.I don't know if she is still working or not,but she did a great job.

I was one told that Eden Espinoza (of Broadway's "Brooklyn" fame) was the narrator of Luminaria, but this was never confirmed.

Eden, Disneyland fans may recall, was one of the original performers in Disney's Steps in Time at DCA, as well as Animazement - The Musical at the Fantasyland Theatre.

Anyone have any more info as far as her involvement with Luminaria??

LOVE her, SO fierce! :) I don't know anything about her involvement with Lumenaria, but I'm pretty sure that's not her voice as the narrator ? BUT I could easily be wrong.

Do you mean a induction recording almandot? Keep waiting for someone to do one of these since nothing else seems to be surfacing to the public. I know a lot of things are available, regretfully however, not to the public.

No I didn't plan on doing an induction recording even though I could since it plays all throughout town square. Was just going to test out my new binaural mics. Honestly, with decent level limiting and a good spot picked out, I'm liking binaural recordings of the loud stuff blasted through the park more than inductions just because they pick up the full range of the music better and you get the live effect of it even though source would be best.

Would be nice if some recording, or induction surfaced before Christmas. I know there is a recording of the show out somewhere but, it was not very good.

Just so you all know I did do Induction Recordings of the first two acts (act III only plays when the fireworks are cancelled, which they weren't).

They're available on Rodentsections for those interested.
