Hey Disney fans!
I?ve decided that my favorite Disney songs are from 1995-1998. This is when the Disney chorus sounded the best (in my opinion). From the opening of DL and WDW, the chorus sounded more like a choir with lots of vibrato and not as much blend. All of a sudden, there was this amazing vocal jazz/cheesy pop chorus that sang on the parades and firework shows for all the theme parks from 95 to 98. The blend is so tight and gorgeous that I can barley pick out the harmony. (Examples) Everyday?s a Holiday (stage show), Remember the Magic Parade and Fireworks, Feel the Magic (Ears to You). Can you name any others? (PLEASE?)
Now we have the adult chorus (in unison) mixed with children?s voices. I just think that sounds terrible compared to what they had in the 90?s. I?d love to hear your opinions.
Have a great day,
-Rick
