Country Bears question

This is semi off tpic but my mind is wandering. I was watching old cartoons in the middle of the night and there was a cartoon from 1964 called The Hillbilly Bears. When did the Country Bears first start at Disneyland or WDW? Do you think they stole the idea from this cartoon? The bears in the cartoon were a family and they had a band. Just curious

Marc Davis original designs for the Bear Band show (which were shown to Walt before he passed away) were of bears in marching bands & many other costumes. The country theme is the one that rose to the surface - I don't believe Marc Davis was influenced by the Hanna Barbara show "The Hillbilly Bears".....
