Club 33 2.0

Posted this a couple months back on another Disney Parks music forum -- here's some songs I've been able to ID from the new Club 33.

---------

Spoke with some Cast Members last night asking about the music and they said there are different loops for Le Grand Salon (the dining room) and Le Salon Nouveau (the jazz club), and that Le Salon Nouveau has some songs specially recorded for that space. Couldn't quite make out what was happening in Le Salon Nouveau but it sounded like the same loop playing from Le Grand Salon across to the restrooms above the Court of Angels.

For categorization, maybe it would make more sense to name the loops "Club 33" (referring to the Court of Angels up through Le Grand Salon, covering much of the ground of the original Club) and then "Club 33: Le Salon Nouveau."

I had iffy luck on trying to ID tracks so these aren't quite in order -- hope these help for anyone trying to create that ambiance! It seemed like this full loop was about 90-120 minutes long (roughly the time between hearing "When the Saints Come Marching In" twice).

Club 33: Le Grand Salon (2014-present)

"That's a Plenty" - Pete Fountain - The Very Best of Pete Fountain
"Delta Bound" - Evan Christopher, Dick Hyman - Delta Bound
"Blue and Broken Hearted" - Al Hirt - Pete Fountain Presents the Best of Dixieland
"Way Down Yonder in New Orleans" - Evan Christopher - Volume I: The Road to New Orleans
"Mo' Betta Blues" - Irvin Mayfield, Ellis Marsalis - Love Songs, Ballads, and Standards
"Gone With the Wind" - Tal Farlow - The Swinging Guitar
"When the Saints Come Marching In" - Pete Fountain - Pete Fountain's New Orleans
"St. James Infirmary" - Allen Toussaint - The Bright Mississippi
"Sweethearts on Parade" - Pete Fountain - Do You Know What It Means?
"Beale St. Blues" - Johnny Maddox - Greatest Piano Ragtime
"My One and Only Love - Irvin Mayfield & Ellis Marsalis - Love Songs, Ballads, and Standards
"Skylark" - Tal Farlow & Red Norvo - Tal Farlow's Finest Hour
"April in Paris" - Barney Kessel - Supreme Jazz

You're able to hear the music really well in the men's restroom at least. All my SoundHound ID's went through in there!

Something else of note:

The music in Le Salon Nouveau is really interesting. The instrumentation is split up across speakers / areas, so you have the player piano, the clarinet playing out the north speaker, and the trumpet playing out the south speaker. (The sides correspond with the clarinet and trumpet decorations at the bar, which are supposed to move but don't because they're already broken.)
