Looks pretty bad to me and just like the Lilo & Stitch, Brother Bear and Home On The Range soundtracks too little of the score.

In general, I don't mind song-heavy soundtracks, particularly if they were memorable in the film. But I agree the songs don't appear to offer any originality on the surface, just gimmick. That said, I need to wait and see; after all, I bought "Shrek 2" and I liked it (for what it was).

Another thing with this film, for me there's so much baggage I need to get over to judge it fairly (i.e., Disney gambling away hand-drawn animation for CGI). I'm going to try tho'.

Although I don't like the idea of CGI completely replacing traditional hand-drawn features, I also won't judge the movie based on that...it's not ITS fault that the Power That Be are poor decision makers . Besides, look at Pixar and what it can do, if willing to put the time and money into developing a good story...and THAT'S the part I fear about for Chicken Little, because I can think of a whopping ONE Disney-made animated feature in the past 10 years or so that had a good story.

I hope I'm wrong.

Does anyone else think it's a little off to have the words Barenaked Ladies on the cover of a disney product like this?

Looks like a pretty rugged line-up of tunes.......by chance, are any of those songs originals??? I know the R.E.M., Diana Ross, and the Chicken Little Cast numbers are not.
