Last time I checked, the expanded system is scheduled to be up and running sometime next month in Anaheim. I'd imagine that installation in Florida locations would initiate soon after that. I'm unsure what the final verdict was regarding expansion into at least some of the Disney Stores nationwide.
My understanding is that while Marketing (Florida) is reasonably happy with sales of the on-demand material at Disneyland, we won't see the price drop some at WDR had proposed following expansion.
