Hello all! I am currently in contact with Universal and I would like to gather some statistics about the park music from Islands of Adventure.

What is your favorite music from the park?

What music would you like to see on a future CD release from the park?

How much would you pay for it?

Yes, if the whole thing (or at least most of it) was unreleased music.

Jurassic Park Area Music. I am really happy that Universal is considering this great oppurtunity for a soundtrack release.

it hasn't been green lighted just yet. but i am supplying a contact at universal with "ammo" to help the case in getting it released or should i say green lighted to be released, hehe. when the time is right i will have the composers e-mail universal, the ones i am in contact with, so as to help the case!

1. how many new, previously unreleased tracks would you like to see on the new CD?

2. How many total tracks would you like to have on the CD?

3. How much music do you want from each attraction?

4. Would you like previously released music tracks on this new CD with unreleased music contained in them?

and finally,

5. would you like a 1 or 2-disc set, released?

Depending on the actual content such release certainly would be interesting to me. However, considering that managements (if at all) will listen only once to fan demand if an according release is not actually turning out to be a success story for them, I would reconsider making such requests / proposals right now. Afterall, IOA is to see the addition of the Harry Potter area soon enough.

Keeping in mind how long the current "new OA" of IOA has been on the shelfes, wouldn't it make more sense to push for a new OA release once phase one of the Harry Potter section has opened and could include some music from that area? Afterall popular demand for such a CD most probably would be higher so sales numbers would be better.

the IOA cd has been sold out and out of print and not for sale anywhere on property for 7+ years now. I believe it came back for a short while, but that is it!

Also I have the support of a HIGH official at universal and they are very curious and interested in this and am looking into it. i also have the support of the composers. they are even contacting this person and supplying them with information. so, i am sure something will come of this.
