OK here's another obscure source for the Epcot Entrance Medley I recently discovered. This one blew my mind.
I stumbled upon this obscure 1977 song called "Let It Lie" by a British progressive rock band named Trickster. The first 40 seconds (actually from 0:04 - 0:40) opens the Epcot...
Thanks for this! Purchased! I really wish they released it as a CD too. I guess times have changed, but I do think a CD would still be a popular souvenir to sell at the counters at the parks. Surely they would sell a few thousand copies over the course of a year?
This box set is still available for purchase from Disneyland at the store beside PotC in New Orleans Square. I bought my copy when I was there last week. It's behind the counter on the wall & there's no indication of what it is (it looks like a poster/painting of some sort), so many people...

Brett.
Remember also that this album was released on CD in Australia by Pickwick in the late 1980s (PKD 6041). I know because I have a copy in my hands at the moment, but I haven't seen another copy here since I bought it.

Brett.

#0226 here. I just got it back to Australia after having it mailed to my hotel in San Francisco. I was surprised by the lack of protective packing material inside the big box, just some plain paper. I bubble-wrapped it to store in my suitcase for the flight home.
