EDIT: For those wondering, I was able to identify the track as an extended instrumental cue of the whole ride.

Another reason is because the Tokyo version from Disneyland's Summer Night-tastic already has the "Bling! Bliiiiiinnnnngggggg!" sounds from Tinkerbell's float. :)

Right you are! And the 30 Second snippet of "Winnie the Pooh" can be found in the "Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" track from "A Musical History of Disneyland". :)
