Fountain View Ice Cream didn't come about until August of 2007, but the age of these tracks has me thinking there is a very good chance that this loop has been around since 1990, when this location was originally known as Sunrise Terrace.

Sadly, Fountain View Ice Cream closed on April 8, 2013, so that the location could be added to the Borg Collective.
