browsing through ebay I found the "Official Album WDW Celebrating 100 Years of Magic" (= OA 2001) up for sale with a slightly different artwork - right below the line Walt Disney World Resort still above the horizontal line it reads "IN FLORIDA".
The scan of the backcover shows that it has the same content as the OA sold in WDW with only the "Bonus Track" (=2nd CD) missing.
The backcover also reveals: Printed in Canada

This made me wonder: did Buena Vista Records release the OA in Canada in 2001 to the normal record stores? Do they always do this in Canada??
