Hey there, Hi there, Ho there,

the Disneyland Resort Paris has released once again a new CD ... the fourth in this year and the first long playing one with 43:04 minutes total. Unfortunately this "DLRP exclusive" which comes in a jewel box and is released by Walt Disney Records (the normal DLRP releases for years now are released by the company running the resort, Euro Disney SCA) has NO new material. In fact the CD includes material from soundtracks only.

    Title: Disney Princess

Once Upon a Dream - Sleeping Beauty
So This Is Love - Cinderella
Hail To The Princess Aurora - Sleeping Beauty
A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes - Cinderella
I'm Wishing / One Song - Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs
    I Wonder - Sleeping Beauty
Something There - Beauty & The Beast
Belle - Beauty & The Beast
Kiss The Girl - The Little Mermaid
Part Of Your World - The Little Mermaid
A Whole New World - Aladdin
Gaston - Beauty & The Beast
The Mob Song - Beauty & The Beast
Under The Sea - The Little Mermaid
Poor Unfortunate Souls - The Little Mermaid

This information is based on several copies of the CD showing up on ebay.co.uk

While I welcome a livelier CD-release schedule of any Disney Resort, I think it is a petty that DLRP now starts to release "normal" movie-compilations as they can be found in stores all over the world already anyway. There is so much interesting musical stuff from the resorts that is waiting to be released that there is really no need to rerelease compilation number 5342 with the same movie-tracks.

Even if DLRP wanted to have a second CD with music connected to the Disney Princess (The Mob Song so much is a Disney Princess song!!) there would have been other options to use recordings of these songs currently used or in the past used in the park, in the shows, attractions...

    Yours sincerely
